Middle School Girls Group: Middle school comes with a lot to navigate- friendships that shift overnight, group chats, gossip, conflict, social pressure and figuring out where you fit. This 6-week therapeutic group offers a supportive space to connect with peers while building practical, prosocial skills for healthy friendships, communication and navigating middle school stressors. Through discussion and interactive activities, participants will practice handling real-life situations with greater confidence and gain support and connection to other peers having similar experiences.

Group Criteria:

• The cost is $95 per group meeting per participant
• Group for Middle School girls in 6th grade, 7th or 8th grade
• Group members are not required to have an individual therapist outside the group, but may be recommended to seek individual therapy as needed.
