Olivia Dyke is a counseling intern, currently completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University. She brings a rich background of experience working as a youth advocate and within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she supported children, adolescents, and families in building skills, fostering resilience, and navigating challenges.
Olivia follows an integrative counseling approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic models to meet each client’s unique needs. She is trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and is committed to creating a therapeutic environment where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves. She also has a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which she uses to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to develop practical strategies for creating positive change.
She is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. Olivia works with individuals, couples, and families, helping them explore new perspectives, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals.
Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and spending time caring for her three cats.
