Ethan Kaste is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) who earned his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. His training focuses on trauma, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. Ethan believes people are naturally oriented toward growth and flourishing, and he helps clients understand and use their emotions as strengths rather than simply problems to manage. He strives to create a safe, welcoming space where each person’s story is valued.
Ethan works with children, adolescents, young adults, individuals, couples, and families, and has experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma (acute, chronic, and complex), and relationship distress. He is a certified Clinical Traumatologist and has completed advanced training in Emotion-Focused Family and Couples Therapy. Additionally, he has received training in Filial Therapy and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys video games, skateboarding, and running. He is a dedicated marathon runner with the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
