Group Counseling Program for Teens (ages 13–17) focused on managing anger and anxiety.
Adolescence can be overwhelming, and many teens struggle with big emotions that affect school, friendships, and family life. This group offers a supportive, judgment-free space where teens can:
- Learn healthy ways to cope with anger and anxiety
- Build self-awareness and emotional regulation skills
- Connect with peers who understand their struggles
- Practice communication and problem-solving strategies
Group Details:
Tuesdays, 7:00–7:45 PM
Led by Juliet Onufrak, LCSW, LICSW and Olivia Dyke, Counseling Intern
This group is kept small to ensure each teen feels supported and heard.
Group Criteria:
- Co-ed group for individuals ages 13+ who are in 8th grade or above
- The cost is $85 per group per participant
