What is Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT)?
Grounded in mindfulness and behavioral therapy, DBT is an effective treatment that teaches skills to help people manage intense emotions. This group will use art, movement, and real life examples to practice interpersonal life skills ready to be put to use the next day!
Teens will learn to understand their anger, communicate without blowing up, manage their anxiety, and build stronger connections with the people who matter most.
Group Criteria:
- Group for teen boys ages 13-17
- Group members are required to have an individual therapist outside the group sessions
- The cost is $85 per group meeting per participant
