Adolescent DBT (In-person)
What is DBT?
Grounded in mindfulness and behavioral therapy, DBT is an effective treatment that teaches skills to help people manage intense emotions. DBT skills help teens navigate relationships in their environment by focusing on using skillful behaviors to help them regulate their emotions, cope with challenging situations, improve their relationships and create a life worth living.
Group Criteria:
- Co-ed group for individuals ages 13+ who are in 8th grade or above
- Group members are required to have an individual therapist outside the group
- The cost is $75 per group per participant
